Grace Punch provides embroidery digitizing services. You upload your design files, and we deliver digitized formats suitable for embroidery machines (e.g., DST, PES, etc.).

2. Orders & Delivery

• Orders must be submitted with clear specifications and usable artwork formats (PNG, JPG, AI, EPS).
• Turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours unless otherwise stated.
• Order updates and final delivery are sent via email.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed before checkout.
• We accept payments via a secure, PCI-compliant gateway.
• Prices may vary based on file complexity or rush order status.

4. Revisions & Refunds

• We offer free minor revisions within 3 business days of file delivery.
• Refunds are provided only in cases where we fail to deliver or quality is not met and cannot be fixed.
• No refunds after file download or approval.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all uploaded content.
• We may retain a copy for internal reference unless you request deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grace Punch is not liable for issues related to third-party software or hardware (e.g., embroidery machines). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
